Carver Boynton

Carver Boynton is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the combined areas of business, marketing and commercial real estate management. She spent multiple years managing mid-sized community shopping centers, as well as serving as project coordinator for tenant construction and developments. Each property came with a unique set of operational challenges that allowed her to sharpen her public relations and project management skills as well as develop a keen knowledge base for commercial real estate development. Boynton currently serves as the General Manager for The Summit Shopping Center in Birmingham, AL – notably one of the largest and most exclusive centers in the Southeast. She is one of a handful of African-American women to hold the position of GM at a major center.
