About the Event

Join us for a powerful and transformative in-person event. In this training, we will teach you how to train your own community in the importance of unity and collaboration, in achieving racial equity.

The Beyond Divide and Conquer: Unite and Build Racial Equity Training explores how the social construct of race was created to divide and conquer people (especially poor whites and people of color). Using first-person historical narratives, the training asks the question, “What is the cost of racism for people of color?”, “How does racism impact white people?”, and “How we can resist the divide and conquer strategy in order to unite and build?”.

The Beyond Divide and Conquer Training emphasizes the influence of racism in the personal, institutional, and cultural spheres while examining the concepts of “power” and the influence it has on internalized racial superiority and/or inferiority.

In this interactive session, and associated engaging discussions, we will explore strategies to dismantle divides and foster a sense of togetherness. Together, we will learn how to challenge systemic racism, promote inclusivity, and build a more equitable society.

Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights, connect with others across multiple time zones, and be part of the movement towards racial justice, equity and transformation.

RSVP now and be a catalyst for change!

Cost: Sliding Scale ranging from $575-$1200
