Building Bridges, Not Barriers with Restorative Justice
Restorative Justice Training delves into the art of facilitating restorative circles, a potent tool for conflict resolution, healing, and community building. Whether you're an educator, counselor, or community leader, this training equips you with practical techniques to create safer and more open spaces for dialogue and connection. Restorative Justice helps to create a culture and a plan to ensure that everyone’s needs are met.
Unmasking the Divide in Order to Unify
The Beyond Divide and Conquer: Unite and Build Racial Equity Training invites you to explore the historical creation of the colonial construct of race, designed to divide and conquer. Delve into first-person historical narratives to understand the cost of racism for people of color and its impact on white individuals. Learn strategies to unite and build a more equitable society.
Alternative Break Program: The SCNTR’s Alternative Break Program offers students from around the country an opportunity to visit the historic city of Selma, AL, serve the community through community service projects, all while receiving training in Kingian Nonviolence Conflict Reconciliation, Restorative Justice, Racial Equity, and more.
